How to Set Up The Video Email Capture Form
If you look at the home page of the demo site, you’ll see the Video Email Capture Form at the top of the page. In this tutorial, I’ll walk you through how to add this form to your site.
In your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance >> WP-Attract Theme Settings, and click the link labeled “Video Email Capture Form,” and complete the field listed there. Guidance is provided for each field listed. Below are a few tips to help you set up your form.
1. Add Video Email Capture Form to Top of Home Page – If you’d like to add the form to your home page, simply select Yes.
Special Note: If you are using a static page as your home page, you should leave this set to No. You will then add the email capture form via the Solostream Page Options panel that appears on the Add New Page screen.
2. Video Email Capture Form Background Color – The default background color is a dark blue color. If you’d like to change the color, you can do so here. Otherwise, leave the field blank and move on.
3. Video Embed Code – Enter the embed code for the video that you want to display on the email capture form. You would get this code from your video hosting service, such as Youtube, Vimeo, etc.
4. Email Subscription Form Code – You will need to get this code from your email list provider (e.g. Aweber, ConstantContact, Feedurner, etc). If you do not already have an email list provider, Aweber is a very popular option with online marketers.
Special Note: Your email subscription form code needs to be HTML format rather than the Javascript format offered by many providers.

Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, be sure click the Save Changes button, and then test out your form.
